Hong Kong Domestic Orders

• S.F. Express
  For all orders below HK$500, you can also choose to use S.F. Express, cash on delivery. You will pay the delivery fee directly to S.F. Express when you collect your items. 
  
  The shipping cost normally starts from HK$30, the actual cost depends on the size and weight of the parcel. 
  
  

• Free Shipping
  We offer free shipping only on orders HKD$500 or above.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 working days of purchase, pending availability. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order in around 3-4 business days of its ship date.

Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

 

All products are inspected before shipment, in the unlikely case of receiving any damaged or defective items, they can be returned for either a full refund or replacement. Return must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. 

All returns require authorization. Please email us at paperandcardsstudio@gmail.com together with your order number and reason of return before returning any products.

All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product. Products lost in transit will not be refunded. 

You can also return the items in person.

All refunds or exchanges will only be made once we receive the returned order. 

Paper & Cards Studio does reserve the right to refuse returns at its discretion.

Our store will automatically change into your country's currency for your convenience, we will charge in Hong Kong dollars for the actual checkout.

Import tax and duties may be applicable, depending on the destination country. Customers are responsible for all import tax and duties. Please note that customs clearance procedures may delay the delivery time.

We are not responsible for delay due to factors outside of our control, i.e. customs clearance procedures, extreme weather, long holidays etc.

By submitting an order, you agree to these conditions.

For Taiwan and China customers, we will send an email asking for your full name and ID card number. This is required by SF Express to send out your order, please check your emails after placing your order. Thank you so much for your cooperation.
